Hello and Happy Holidays!

We have updated the support widget on all homepages to redirect to our Freshdesk link. From there you can search for articles or submit a ticket. If you create an account you will also be able to view your active tickets and respond right from the website. 

We have also rolled out our brand new status page. A popup window will appear in the bottom left corner of any homepage with outage and maintenance information.
