    • I will be including suggested Executive Functioning articles for you to read and suggestions to help you to continue to strengthen your EF skills while at home.

I have included some suggestions of how to keep up with your Executive Functioning skills while at home.

    1. Create a daily/weekly schedule.
    2. Create a daily to-list.
    3. Prioritize what assignments you need to complete first.
    4. Break larger assignments/projects into smaller more managable steps.
    5. Create a daily or weekly goal for yourself. Break that goal down into steps so that you are more likely to accomplish it.

Over the next several weeks I will be including some suggested Executive Functioning links to help you to continue to strengthen these skills, even at home.
