• The library will be open for virtual library hours on Tuesdays @11am and Fridays @9am for questions and reading recommendations and anything else.  The link will go live here 15 minutes before the library "opens."  Hope to see you!

And, of course, you can email me a question or comment  or set up a one-on-one virtual meet any time!

Library Rules, Procedures, & Guidelines

  • Library books may be checked out from the library for two (2) weeks.  After two weeks, books can be renewed for two more weeks.  Students with books more than one (1) week overdue cannot check out any more books until the overdue books are returned or renewed.  Notices for overdue books are sent to students periodically throughout the school year.  Students can find out what books they owe at any time by asking the librarian.

Please keep in mind that the South Hadley School Committee policy for books, equipment, and school materials makes the student responsible for all items issued to them. The School Department will ask for payment or replacement for that particular item or damaged/destroyed property.  This includes library books.

If a book begins to lose pages, has ripped pages, or has a torn cover, please do not mend it at home -- bring the book to the librarian to be fixed at the library.
