    WORKOUTS-week of 3-27-2020 to 4-3-2020

    CHALLENGE YOURSELF TO DO 1 OF THE FOLLOWING EACH DAY:

    #1. 20 seconds of work

    10 seconds of rest

    Complete 8 Rounds of each exercise

    1. Mountain climbers

    2.Squat Jumps

    3.Med ball push ups/regular push ups

    4. Russian Twist

    5. Burpee

    5. Jumping Jacks

    #2. Try and complete this workout in under 10 Minutes 

    1. 60 second Planl

    2. 15 Goblet Squat

    3. 60 second Plank

    4. Reverse Lunges-both sides

    5. 30 second Plank(both sides)

    6.15 Sumo Squats

    7. 30 second Plank (both sides)

    THEN DO IT ALL 1 MORE TIME!!

     

    #3. COMPLETE 5 ROUNDS :

    1. 20 Squats

    2. 20 Tricep Pushups

    3. V-ups/sit ups

    4. 20 mountain climbers

    5. 20 Burpees

    Repeat 4xs=500 total reps

     

    #4.

    HIIT workout:

    1. 20 pushups/your choice

    10 second rest

    2. 30 seconds jog in place

    10 second rest

    3. 30 second side plank

    4.30 second side plank

    10 second rest

    5.30 seconds jog in place

    Repeat 2xs

     

    Suggested additional activities:

    Go for a 30 minute walk-try to get 10,000 steps in a day

    Go for a bike ride

    Go outside and play basketball, lacrosse, or any other game you can play

    Make up your own workout-teach it to your family. Make it a HIIT workout: 30 seconds of an exercise, 10 seconds rest, 30 seconds of an exercise,repeat-5 exercises total. Repeat 2 more xs
