• Unit: Flag Football

    Objective: By the end of the unit, the students will be able to recite the rules for Flag Football, demonstrate proper throwing and catching technique, properly pursue opponents and pull their flags from the flag belt, properly defend an opponent.

    Unit: Softball

    Objective: By the end of the unit, the students will be able to recite the rules of softball, demonstrate proper throwing, catching, and hitting skills. The students will have a greater understanding of fielding positions.

    When hitting, why is keeping your eye on the ball imperative and what does it mean?

     

    Unit: Floor Hockey

    Objective: By the end of the unit, the students will be able to recite the rules in floor hockey, demonstrate proper form when passing, shooting, and stick handling, The students will also understand basic offensive and defensive strategy and identify safety risks associated with the game.

    How is a follow through on your shot related to the direction that the puck/ ball will travel?
