Anna and Katherine made a cube consisting of 1000 smaller (1X1X1) cubes. Michael painted the outside of the entire cube (including its base). Brianna considered the following questions:
How many cubes have paint on them?
How many of the smalles cubes have paint on only one side?
How many of the smallest cubes have paint on only two sides?
How many of the smallest cubes have paint on only three sides?
How many of the smallest cubes have no paint on them?
